When you submit our quote form, call, text, or email us, we receive the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, property address, a description of the work, and any photos you attach. The website itself does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, schedule and perform work, send invoices and job documentation, and keep normal business records. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below.
Quote form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our email, which is hosted by Google. This website is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers handle data in transit under their own privacy policies.
We keep inquiry and job records as long as needed for normal business and legal purposes. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, email info@akafacility.com and we will respond promptly.
The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
